Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your pain could be due mechanical stress on the ribcage. I would like to know if you have tenderness on the area of pain. It could be due to calcium or Vitamin D deficiency.please check Ur calcium and vitamin D levels,if they are low take supplements for those ,use analgesics for pain relief either topical or oral, avoid strenuous activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
