What Does Severe Pain On The Right Side Of The Lower Abdomen Indicate?
Woke up yesterday feeling like I had to have a bowl movement. I had one but there was still this feeling like gas was trapped and it got worse I couldn’t keep any liquid down or anything. Finally I was able to lay down and sleep when I woke up the gas feeling was gone but I was left with a pain on my lower right side and it kinda hurt to pee.

Do you have difficulty in passing urine or do you feel nauseous??Do you have diarrhoea or constipation??
Its better to do a routine blood test and an ultrasound scan to check for appendicitis .
