What Does Severe Pain In The Left Foot Indicate?

Since last night I have had like diabetes nerv pain in my left foot only. Very sharp pain intermittently. Are there any home remedies. I slept in my bed for the first to me because my right leg had eight surgeries and it was more comfortable sleeping in my recliner. Any ideas?

Hello,

There is a possibility of nerve compression or infection or tarsal tunnel syndrome or radiculopathy etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
