Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are suggestive of something called plantar fascitis. You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain, if symptoms persist consult an orthopedician and get evaluated, in severe cases you might steroid injection to foot.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
