General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your chest pain problem and rectal pain are not related to each other. For chest pain initial work up needed in form of chest x ray and EKG to rule out any underlying cause if present. Usually muscle strain doesn't last for so much longer duration. For rectal pain proctitis, piles etc like causes has to be ruled out by proctoscopy examination. According to cause specific treatment given.Consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
