What Does Severe Pain Below The Breasts Indicate?
I sometimes have a sharp pain shoot just below the breast. It is usually on my right side, but has happened on my left side as well. It only lasts for a minute or so. It seems to help if I take a breath and hold it and release slowly. I try not to move during this time as it makes it worse.

when you stop moving the pain decreases ...most probably as per your history it is costochondritis ...a type of musculoskeletal problem ...the problem is in inflammation of rib junction with sternum breast bone ..thos will be confirmed by local ecamination by your doctor ..or may be some blood tests also ...you will be given short course of drugs for dis ...but please get your ECG as well and BP as well ...as i habe seen patients getting treated from these symptoms when i contrilled tjeor BP
