General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The sperm count is on a lower side. The normal count is above 50 million and in your case, the count is reduced to 18 million. The motility is also on the lower side.

You may experience difficulties while trying to become a father. You can consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated to look for possible causes like varicocele which can cause similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
