What Does Severe Fatigue In The Muscles Indicate?

I am experiencing severe fatigue in the muscles around my pelvic area/upper leg whenever I walk a short distance, esp. uphill. It triggers out-of-breath condition that forces me to stop and rest a moment. A month long bout with leg cramps is also in the mix.

welcome to hcm ...this points towards decreased blood supply in myscles as you have to take rest ....i would suggest the complete examination as Hb ..TLC ..DLC ..BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL ...LIPID PROFILE..Vit b 12 .. ..B UREA AND SERUM creatinine ...BP and most importantly colour doppler study of blood vessels
please avoid smoking alcohal
if everything normal and you are not diabetic or smoker the last option is MRI lumbar spine
