What Does Scanty Menstrual Bleeding Indicate?

I thought I came on my period yesterday but when I wiped there was the smallest amount but peachy colour worn a pad and 5 hours and there was just 2 small dots on it my colour is changing its went from peachy to pink to pinky red to Brown and it only started yesterday around 4pm I had little cramp yesterday but there no blood on my towel only when I wipe but when I wipe it feels like there discharge there as its very slippery when I wipe

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first if you are sexually active. If negative, it can be due to some vaginal infection also. Get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist to rule out any cervical pathology or infections. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
