Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

There is suspicious infiltrates in the left upper lung.It may be due to pneumonia, tuberculosis,so you are advised for apicolordotic view for proper assessment.
Apical region of lungs are covered by many bony structures like rib, clavicle and it is some times difficult to assess apical region in normal PA view.Apicolordotic view is special view of chest X-ray to assess apical region.
Other findings are normal.Heart is normal.Diaphragm and both CP angles are clear.
Proper treatment depends upon findings.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
