Hello

Your findings suggests small calculi in both kidneys and left ureteric calculus.
Treatment of renal calculus depend upon many things like composition, position, size of calculus etc.
Small calculus may pass spontaneously with adequate hydration.
Drink lot of water and initially you may need syrup like sodium and potassium citrate.

You may also need routine heogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME.

Since size of calculus is small in your case,it is likely to be flushed out with hydration and sodium, potassium citrate syrup.

Get well soon.
Take Care
