What Does "right Breast Shows Homogenous Opacity" Indicate?

My Mom undergoing treatment for right breast cancer(chemo therapy), now she is done with 6th chemo therapay. after going through chest x ray pa. Result shows, Right breast shows Homogenous opacity. What does this signifies? Does she need to undergo further chemo or radiation?

There can be many interpretations of the statement mentioned by you. It may represent an area of fluid accumulation or breast and lung changes after successful treatment. It may also suggest a lung infection. Please discuss in detail with your treating doctor or send in the image to me for interpretation. It is important to share with you that CT scan chest is a better imaging modality to assess the disease process and guide further treatment.
