What Does "pus Cells-2-4,WBC-2-4 And RBC-6-8" In Urinalysis Suggest?

Hi...here are my urine sample results -
pus cells - 4-6/HPF
WBC - 4-6/HPF
RBC - 25-30 HPF
this test was done one day after i had a pain in my back on the right side from the lower lung area to the waist line. The pain subdued in about 7 hours and was intermittent with no other problems.

A test done after about 4 days showed the following -
pus cells - 2-4/HPF
WBC - 2-4/HPF
RBC - 6-8/HPF

I have no experienced any pain after that day and everything is perfectly normal after that...please interpret my results.

Urologist 's  Response
Firstly the pain described fits into the diagnosis of renal/ureteric stone.
Secondly pus cells or WBCs signify presence of luekocytes in urine that may be due to infection or stone or malignancy. It is significant if >5/HPF. RBC>3/HPF is significant.
In ur case, considering the nature of pain and the urine routine report, these r suggestive of stone disease likely. Kindly get ultrasound KUB done also.
