What Does "proteinaceous Or Hemorrhagic Microadenoma" In An MRI Mean?

I have a Pituitary lesion. I had a MRI last week and just got a report that I do not understand. The part ware it says Impression: States that the findings likely represent a proteinaceous or hemorrhagic microadenoma or Rathke's cleft cyst. Can you please give me a report on all of this please.

1.The report suggests that there is enlarged pituitary gland which is cystic in nature.
2.In spectroscopy the report suggest possibilities of protein content or hemorrhagic in nature possibly the values suggest that.
3. Rathke cleft cysts are non-neoplastic, sellar or suprasellar epithelium-lined cysts arising from the embryologic remnants of Rathke’s pouch in the pituitary gland.
4.They are common lesions and usually incidentally identified. Which needs followup monitoring.
5.If symptomatic needs contrast enhanced study with other parameters to conclude the diagnosis.
