HI
Well come to HCM
Atrophy means dryness in very simple term and more precisely reducing the size and shape and sluggish in function, spermatogenesis is the functions of formation of sperm in tubules but because of the atrophy this becomes only 10% maturation of sperm also takes place here only hope this helps.
