The interpretation of stress echocardiogram is as follows:
Mitral and tricuspid regurgitation implies back flow of uni-directional blood flow.
Regurgitation can occur due to valvular dysfunction, valvular damage etc.
Management depends on the exact pathology in the heart valves.
Thus, you need to consult your cardiologist to look for cause of cardiac dysfunction and thus management.
