Hi, I M Dr.Kumarbhargav
Consultant Pathologist
I understood your problem
Looking to your profile
You have few pus cells in your urine indicating mild infection,
Also your fasting blood sugar, post prandial blood sugar indicates you have uncontrolled blood sugar level, which is most likely due to diabetes which require further confirmation by repeat at adequate interval,
Also Urinary glucose also high which favors diabetes with disturbed blood and urine glucose regulation.

If you do not have history of diabetes,
You need to care about it, and consult your treating doctor.
Thanks for contacting health care magic,
Take care.
