Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis report is as follows:
There is presence of 2-3 pus cells and epithelial cells in urine.
2-3 pus cells are considered normal in urine test, however, this has to be correlated clinically.
Presence of trace amounts of proteins in urine can be due to infection or it can due to some kidney dysfunction.
Absence of glucose in urine is a normal finding.
The value of urea and creatinine are within normal range.
Appendicitis is probably not associated with the urinary tract infection.

Consult your doctor for clinical assessment and review of the urine report for further management.

Thanks and take care
