Hello

Findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of pus cells, occasional RBC and few bacteria in urine.
Epithelial cells and few urates are normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.

Get well soon.
Take Care
