What Does Pressure In The Upper Abdomen Indicate?

pressure in left mid/upper abdomen, examined by gastroenterologist who ordered ct abdomen. Pushing for a response he leaned toward air in colon or the spleen, very concerned...have had regular colonoscopies/endoscopie every 3 years, never an issue with colonoscopy, just occasional polyps

-Use lactose-free dairy products.
