What Does Pressure In The Diaphragm Indicate?

Hi, I am a 60 year old female experiencing a fullness/pressure against my diaphragm making it hard to get a deep breath. Sometimes hard to get a breath at all. Constipation is a problem to the point of not even laxative products help. Somewhat a loss of appetite, feel full quickly.
