Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms might be due to gastritis. I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroenterologist. An Endoscopy and a Liver Function Test((LFT) will help in planning your medical management. I would advise that you should take Omeprazole 40 mg along with Domperidone 30 mg for relief from your symptoms. Eat light meals prepared under hygeinic conditions. Drink lots of water daily. Avoid spicy and oily foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
