General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the accident you had.

The heaviness in the top of your head along with mild headaches are due to concussion. As long as no other serious problem has been found, then, there is nothing you should be concerned.

Keep following up with neurologist. Take oral pain killers to reduce the pain.

Wish fast recovery.
