Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Hemorrhagic complex ovarian cyst is most likely due to endometriosis. You also have past history of endometriosis.
You need follow up ultrasound to see its enlargement or resolution.
In majority of the cases, complex cyst resolves with time and it doesn't require any specific treatment.
Other findings are within normal limit.
For infertility, you and your partner need proper evaluation.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
