What Does Poor Inspiratory Effort Mean In A Chest X-ray Report?

hi doc, i took up chest x ray this march and the findings was;There is crowding of lung markings in both hemithoraces, Heart is horizontally oriented, Aorta is unremarkable, Hemidiaphragms are high in position and Both costophrenic sulci and the visualized bones are intact. Impression: Overall findings are consistent with poor inspiratory effort, otherwise, negative for active infiltrates.and im asking about poor inspiratory effort.
