Hello and welcome to HCM,
The description posted by you suggests that your daughter is suffering from a primary skin disease which is slowly evolving into a skin or cutaneous lymphoma called Mycosis fungoides.
Mycosis fungoides is a T-cell lymphoma with with grave prognosis.
You need to stay in touch with your dermatologist for management of the current skin condition called pityrias lichenoides.
Mycosis fungoides is managed with chemotherapy but has poor prognosis.

Thanks and take care
