What Does Periphery Of Both Ovaries With Central Echo Complex Indicate?

gug evening sir/mam.....
my usg says that my both ovaries reveal multiple cystic small areas well arranged in periphery of both ovaries with central echocomplex... and thickness of both echocomplex are.. rt 5.9mm... lft 4.5mm....
may i know what dose it mean????

According to reports you are suffering from polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD).
PCOD is suggested by multiple small follicles arranged at periphery in both ovaries with echogenic stroma.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.
You should consult gynecologist.
