What Does Penile Bleeding Indicate?

Hi, recently for like 3-2 days ago, I m not sure when, but my penis started to bleed, espicially when I wake up, despite the fact I do know that, I still mastrubate twice or once everyday, or basically every 12 hours. I just want to know before going to a doctor, since I don t want to be in trouble, is it possible that overmasturbating is the reason behind the bleeding of my penis? In addition, sometimes when I take a piss, some blood comes out too, so there is a red urine, but this happens ONLY during morning, when I wake up. And barely sometimes I bleed again later, though the same day. I hope nothing is serious q_q. I will try to stop too, I actually will to see if there are any changes.

General Surgeon 's  Response
I do not think that you going for the hike, or masturbation is leading to the penile bleed. Urinary Bladder polyps, stones, infection all can cause urinary bleeding. You must get your urine routine and bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity done. Also please consult an urologist.
