I am 30yrs old, i did a pelvic scan the result showed mildly bulky uterus, anteverted, regular outline, coasrely echogenic, inhomogeneous, normal endometrium, no cyesis, an anterior wall myoma noted measuring 31mm cervical length 39mm, ovearies normal with regular outline no cysts. DX:myoma no sign of imcompetence noted. Pls doc, what does it mean n will it affect or cause miscarriage during pregnancies.
