What Does Pelvic Pain Along With Nausea And Fatigue Indicate?
I have missed a period Cramping in my uterus area Nauseated all day Fatigue no matter how much I sleep My vaginal discharge is watery I always have to pee. I put in some info for pregnancy and it said if anything I would be 36 days pregnant. What would be the possibility that my symptoms are due to pregnancy?
