Welcome to health care magic.

1.The MRI report suggest there are inflammatory changes in the patella-femoral joint - which is seen as an altered signal intensity.
2.Chondromalacia - is softening of the cartilage due to inflammation.
3.Posterior horn of the meniscus tear which came out of the joint space - the tear also seen as a altered signal intensity.
4.Due to the reduced joint space with inflammatory changes and irritation to the nerve endings - there is pain in the joint.
5.In this case the treatment include intervention treatment or operative procedure for the tear with anti inflammatory treatment. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query,
