Findings: there are patchy infiltrates at both lungs. Mediastinum, hila and great vessels appear unremarkable. Tracheal air column is at the midline. Heart is within normal limits in size. Both hemidiaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. The rest of the included structures are unremarkable.
It can be an old and healed lesion like old tuberculosis. Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. A CT scan of the thorax may be done to get a better clinical picture.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
