What Does Painful To Touch, Huge Bump On Knee Suggest?

I was playing a soccer game and I slide tackled the ball. I got up and it didn t hurt but I looked down at my knee and there was a huge bump. It kind of hurts when you press on it but doesn t hurt when I walk on it. It s the size of half a pong pong ball. Anything I can do to help it heal fast?
