Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have slight pain and soreness when walking or putting weight on my left foot only. Slight pain is on the outside edge of the foot and some up to the top. I work in a hospital on and walk on hard cement floor. I have been elevating and at times wearing an ace band. I change shoes frequently and wear mostly tennis with good support. I have high arches so wear inserts in the shoes. Is there anything more I can be doing to alleviate minor pain and soreness when walking, causing small limp?
