General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The right-sided upper chest pain indicates the issue of muscle, ligament or bony thorax related; very less likely to be from the heart, so nitroglycerine will not support in this case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
