Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain in the stomach area could probably from gastritis or ulcer. For that Rabeprazole can be prescribed for one or two weeks. Avoid gastric irritants like
- excess spicy foods
- stress
- smoking
- excess tea, coffee

Cooked oatmeal help in the soothing stomach. If no improvement, then gastroenterologist consulted for examination and endoscopy if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
