What Does Pain In The Upper Abdomen Along With Nausea Indicate?
I ve been having really bad pains in my upper left abdomin for a very long time but now I m also getting chest pains, heart burn and nausea along with it. The pains are the worst when i eat or drink sometimes it even feels like my food is stuck in my chest.

From your symptoms this might be due to excessive acid in the stomach which is irritating your stomach. Since you are also feeling food is stuck in your chest i suggest you consider doing an endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis. Medication for excess acid include ranitidine 150 mg twice daily or esomaprazole once daily (this medication is more effective).
