What Does Pain In The Ribcage Indicate?

I fell getting out of the show and landed on a step hitting the left back side near the ribs. After 10 days aa pain adjacent to the ribs became intense when getting into or out of a prone position. I assume a bruised kidney. There is no blood in my urine. Is there anything I should be aware of or any thing I should be doing?

Hello
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
It could be due to some minor contusions in the rib.
Take an X ray to rule out fractures.
As of now you can take simple analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac for pain
Thanks
