What Does Pain In The Neck And Shoulders Indicate?

i have a pain in my neck and shoulder on the right side of my body. Pain comes and goes very often one minute its sharp and severe. next its just mild and sore. I have shortness of breath. when I exhale I wheeze, I can hear my heartbeat in my wheezing. I get out of breath and breath real heavy doing simple things such as walking. When i bend over for a few seconds and stand up i get lightheaded and feel like im about to faint.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in neck and shoulder you have seems to be due to muscle pull secondary to calcium deficiency, nerve irritation supplying the muscle or over exertion.

Apart from this, you need a detailed respiratory and cardiovascular checkup for your wheezing and dizziness inability in normal movements.

You can take tablet Derriphyllin over the counter twice a day after food for some relief before you can meet a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
