For the past couple of months, I have had pain in my left lower back (very small area near the hip and buttock), left buttock, left hip and, to a lesser degree, my left hamstring and left quadricep. It is primarily a dull pain that is sometimes intense, but only for short periods of time. Also, the pain seems to move around (within the areas I mentioned) but is mainly centered in my left buttock, left hip and left lower back. I don t seem to have any joint issues but the constant pain, which comes and goes all day, is starting to concern me. Can you help me understand what I might have?
