What Does Pain In The Lower Back And Stomach Indicate?
I m having low back pain Right side kind of like a muscle spasm along with occasional stomach cramping & in the last 3 days my left testicle is swelling & is almost the size of a baseball It has gotten larger since I first noticed it It is almost the size of a baseball Yesterday it was the size of a pool bAll

do you have any history of trauma or dashed against any hard object?
If not is the swollen scrotom painful?
Had I been your treating doctor i would have advised for a analgesic,anti inflammatory like zerodol sp with a antibiotic for a suspected testis infection or orchitis.more over a detail investigation along with sonography is also needed to rule out other abnormalities.
