What Does Pain In The Left Heel Indicate?

Hello - I am a healthy 50 year old woman and have been experiencing significant pain in my left heal and along the outside of my left foot to my small toe. I did not twist it, or injure in in any other way. There are no bug bites either. This began yesterday morning and by last evening I could barely walk on it. It is still very painful, even when barefoot.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello there,
please get an X ray of left foot, blood uric acid, random blood sugar, blood calcium done.
it can be related to osteoporotic-osteophytic changes, gout, diabetic arthropathy.
Till then take T.Ibugesic 400mg twice daily with T.Rantac twice daily empty stomach.
if alcohol and non veg intake present then decrease and avoid it.
regards
