What Does Pain In The Joints Indicate?

I have always been a mosquito magnet all my life but this year and last as well I have had lots of joint pain and recently had a severe head and neck ache that sent me to the hospital to check for a stroke even though all my vitals were ok.. They found nothing and I have recently been trying to take PT but had to be dismissed because the pain only got worse. I am a candidate for knee surgery but want to eliminate all possibilities before I opt for surgery. Have neck and arm pain as well. Any ideas. Have had all the tests MRA, MRI, Heart Sonogram and nothing.??????

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain in joint can be local pathology or part of systemic inflammation response when multiple joints are involved. Kindly provide me all details of symptoms, history of associated medical ailments and all reports as attachment in follow up section to focus more precisely on the issue rather than just writing xyz words.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
