What Does Pain In The Anus Indicate?

I have using Nitroglycerin to help the pain from fishers. It has help alot, but I have another pain unlike burning or itching like fisher pain. This pain is more dull pain and when I sit down, it very sore. My questions, Can you tell me what pain in my anus me could I have other than Hermorrhoids fisher pain??

As per your history, it seems that you have chronic anal fissure. Conservative management includes to keep the stools soft by taking large amount of fiber, fruits, vegetables, and if required medication.
