What Does Pain In The Abdomen Indicate?

I have taken tylenol, ibuprophen, and opiates for fifteen yrs. for cronic headaches. over the past three yrs, i have severe pain and discomfort in my abdomen especially on the left side. my eyes have yellow discoloration . also nausea, i never have an appettite , and extreme weight lose.

Hi thank you for querry,
as you mentioned earlier that you are taking pain killer for so long ibuprofen and tylenol cause a significant damage to liver including elevated liver enzyme,hepatic necrosis and hepatic failure yellowish discoloration of skin annd sclera(eye) may indicate laiver problem.
and the second thing these pain killers are also cause peptic ulceration,dyspepsia and gastritis
so i advised to take omeprazole for gastric protection and contact your doctor for LFTs (liver function tests)
and other base line tests to exclude underlying cause or pathology.
