What Does Pain And Yellow Secretion From The Navel?
my belly button started hurting a couple of days ago, then yesterday I noticed a yellowish secretion and then today it is bleeding a little but I think that was because it was scabbing up and I was cleaning it with soap and water and then putting Neosporin on it.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Usually, no secretion comes out of belly button. If there was scab as you say, then it might be due to that.
But if the discharge is there again then please get it examined for sinus. If you have sinus from one cavity to other then also it bleeds.
I hope it would be just the scab and nothing to worry much about it at all.
