General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

I am glad we connected.

There are several reasons for blood in stool, pain in the stomach, and abdominal pain.

The common causes of pain are related to acidity, improper diet, irregular eating, and with some infections. People would also notice fever and diarrhea with infection.

Usually, most people find taking over the counter antacids useful for acidity. Do try this to see if it helps. Also, see your doctor in case the symptoms persist. Seeing a GI Specialist would be a good idea.

I hope this helps. All the best!
