HI. For the last couple of months I have been intermittently having a feeling of slight numbness in my face on both sides of my cheeks and sometimes at the tip of my nose. I also feel slightly disoriented or off balance. It almost feels like a visual disturbance or minor delay when I turn my head or go from looking down or up. My husband reports that I have started snoring. I also have Hashimotos and have been very stressed lately, but these symptoms tend to occur when I am not stressed. They seem to be more prevalant at night. Hoping this could just be a sinus infection, although I don t feel like I have other symptoms to support that
