What Does Numbness In Head Indicate?

The right side of my head is numb. If I touch it I can feel it but it feels like I'm touching deeper inside my head. The right side of my head also feels like I have sun burn.The is also a point on my forehead if touched it feels likeIm touching the back of my head. I also have enck pain.

This sort of symptom usually relates to stress and anxiety more than to any form of organic disease, however, there could also be a couple of metabolic disorders to look at given the information. One would be a B12 deficiency, another may be a Vitamin D deficiency, and one other could be a thyroid deficiency.
