Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there are hyper intensity foci seen in both T2W and FLAIR.
2.At this age the possible causes could be myelin disorders - which are congenital disorder.
3.They are neuroectodermal dysplasias - which need systemic abnormalities for associated symptoms.
4.There is no cure exist for the disease - but need to treat the symptoms, modifying the course.
5.Physical therapy and muscle relaxing drugs in case if symptomatic.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
